Site is locking up every time I use it

I have been having this issue for months. Site just freezes and the links are not active. Cant click on anything. Have to shut browser down then start all over. Happening on all boards...
Im using at Macbook with Ventura OS. 13.6.1
Chrome Version 120.0.6099.109
Not having this issue any where else. Sometimes I cant get through 3 topics without having to start over.
Thoughts?
