His parents have someone paid to do his assignments, so he can post on TD.

Why do State fans have such an unhealthy obsession with Rebelgator?

And why do State fans not know shite about law school, or those who attend law school, for that matter?

Yeah, I'm only 24 and a 2L though. I think Santa is a 3L.

Its not that difficult. iPad and cell phone. I always have one or the other with me. There are a lot of posters here in law school.

I would love to see a study of how much studying actually increases for the average student from undergraduate to law, masters, etc... I doubt its that significant.

How much you study during law school is proportionate to how much you study during undergrad. Law school isn't that hard, unless you attend HYS or another top 15 school.

Even in that case, it's likely proportionate to how much you studied during undergrad.

My mother graduated from the S in that little group. She's a bigger procrastinator than me.

Really, I just plan on actually doing the readings. Plus, it's more paper assignments than actual tests, if I'm not mistaken. I'm an excellent writer. I'm an okay test-taker, but I prefer essays.

It's not paper assignments so much as your final exam counts for almost your entire grade for the semester. It's up to each individual professor whether that exam is open book essay, closed book multiple choice, take home combination of all of the above, or whatever.

Sometimes that's the case. Usually the gunners are far more hardcore that those schools though.

I've heard tales of the multiple choice test, but only stories. I miss them.

There are multiple choice exams. They consist of A,B,C,D,E,and F. At least two or three are trick answers. They exist though.

I had one last week. You don't want one, trust me. It was 90 questions, each with its own 1 or 2 paragraph fact pattern, and 6 or 7 possible answers, 3 or 4 of which were crap like none of the above, A and B but not C, C and D and A in X jurisdictions, A and C sometimes, always B, and never D.

Damn, you must have been in my Con Law class. That test was miserable.
