My thoughts: BS would be a HomeRun hire for UF....
1. He's still young enough at 61
2. Has ties to UF under Spurrier
3. Has ties to state of Florida for recruiting purposes
4. Won a Natty at UF and Oklahoma
5. As HC at OU his teams won 10 or more games in 14 of 18 seasons
6. Out of football for the last 3 years to "recharge" his batteries
7. Won 80% of his games
8. Would put UF back in the championship hunt very quickly

case against

would be a short term fix, he is 61
big game Bob nickname for a reason.
out of football for 3 years

Don't get me wrong, I would be happy if this happened. I would just rather see a younger, up and coming coach that would excite fans, recruits more than Stoops. Now if he names Spurrier OC, I'm all in!!!

HBC, joking of course but a son of SOS would do for OC.

No we need a young energetic coach that could possibly be here for years not some has been that retired and will be a very short term coach who's heart is not in to it to recruit.

Then go through this process again in 3 to 4 years.

No Just NO!!!!

WE NEED KIFFIN or NAPIER

I would’ve loved Bobby 10 years ago but not anymore. Look at his recruiting vs what Lincoln Riley is currently doing. Like others have said, it’s Napier or Kiffin or it’s a bust.
