Ok you can also add a very bad / completely terrible Texas team scored 38 on his defense as well.

Texas avg'd 35 ppg on the season.
I'm saying since he's been at ULL their Defense has been very solid. They're 11th in the Nation in pts allowed

I think the only person he should have brought with him was Hocke

He literally brought 2 on field coaches with him. RBs / Safeties. Calm down man

You expect any new HC to not bring ANY ACs he's familiar with? Thats how you get fired in 2 yrs ala Taggart

Yeah some people are freaking out over the carry over. They’re “mistaking” it for the loyalty Mullen had to his coaches. Which I can’t blame them, but it’s only 2 coaches for now. Could be more later in though.

He endorsed his guy for their new HC, I doubt he takes anymore ACs from them.

We'll see

I would understand if Toney was the DC and not CO/DC. That tells me he's got a big name guy on the way

Does this make it 3 or 4 coaches now?

O'Hara is an Analyst. He is the analyst that Napier mentioned in the presser that would help him with QBs.

So far it is RB, CO-DC/S for off campus recruiters. S&C coach, Offensive Analyst for QBs (recruiting until we have a full staff), and a bunch of secondary staff have been announced.

I am holding on making judgements about the staff.

You don't think BN will need her to text recruits?

I don’t have a problem with any of these support staffers.

Let em do what they do behind the scenes, it’s good to have ppl there that Know Billy and follows his vision

If that's like a marketing thing that's awesome.

With Knowles off the board, which we figured, I’m guessing g our DC is in the NFL.

If not, why no word yet?

I think it is, and I think our marketing is going to be bananas.

Napier gets branding as a recruiting tool and beyond, and Stricklin has always been a geek about media campaigns, particularly through developing channels like social media currently. That goes all the way back to his days at Auburn in the 90s.

Stricklin has fricked some things up for sure, but I think these two being sympatico about the need of dynamic marketing campaigns may actually open the way to Stricklin doing these shite that got him noticed in athletic admin in the first place.

I think it’ll be another young guy that would also split duties
Like Belk Co/DC n Corners
Or (rumor) Lupoi Co/DC n DL

We still have 8 spots n plenty of money left lol

Who knows
