Spencer Williams DE From Jacksonville Florida Info?

Spencer Williams 3* DE from Jacksonville. Any of you guys have info on him? He did not get an offer from Florida. Committed to Mizzou. Was watching his tape and the guy looks great. Was curious to know if there was a reason Florida did not offer. Any info is appreciated!

UF went after Lorenzo Carter until the end. Didn't really have a backup plan for him because FL is loaded in '15 with WDE candidates. UF started showing a bit of interest in McWilliams towards the end, but never gave him the green light. That was a solid pickup for Mizzou.
