Fred Johnson is a mountain of a man....but his footwork is slow and always has been. He started out as true frosh ROT with bad results from speed rushers getting him way too easily...but this was Macs first year when he forced to also use a Fordham transfer at ROT with equally bad results.
Moved to guard, he is kind of a physical puzzle at 6'7 when guards are usually a little shorter..but he didn't need the footwork as much at ROG and relied on his huge frame. Wish him well because he has been a good guy and didn't get in trouble. Banks is a transfer from JC and hopefully can help us a lot next year.
