Nah, this team (homerism aside) is way more disciplined. They are really playing smart defensive football.

The offense looks competent. I'm about to pass out. I forgot what this looks like.

That last TD was perfect.

Also Perine looks like the best runner by far tonight.

This is a team that looks legitimately well prepared.

frick me sideways.

There is a giant difference between this team and any of McElwain's/Muschamp's teams in maturity. No retarded penalties (knock on wood) and the offense is running a lot smoother. I never know what we're going to run.

I’m smiler wider tonight than I was the last time we won the NC.

I am smiling ear to ear as well.

People can dismiss this as CSU.

It's not that..it's that we looked bad vs these teams for years. This team hasn't looked this functional since Tebow outside of the Ole Miss game. Just so happy right now.

This team is way better coached, I knew Mullen was good, and even though it's against a lesser team -- their discipline is what we haven't seen in so much time. Offense and defense, and the offensive playcalling.

It makes sense, it's scary. I think we're going to be very, very good this year.

Franks had early jitters, one of his problems last year and in high school...he gets too pumped up...but he settled down quickly and started throwing mostly bbs.

Franks is proving to be a viable runner that defenses have to account for. No PF calls which in itself is amazing. Trey Dean wants to knock folks heads off and Im glad Mullen had a talked with him about avoiding stupid flags and hurting the team. He reminds me of Major Wright.

My man Vosean Joseph is better than most think and he will be force this year. Moon got on the field some but didn't get plays in his zone. Polite and Zuniga are best pair of pass rushers in the SEC and its criminal that they have not gotten media attention.

Khairi Clark is a valuable backup and gives us depth at nose. The secondary is solid and next year Henderson and Wilson will be high draft choices.

I watched some of the UK-Central Michigan game and Terry Wilson was injured, the backup is an accurate passer but not a run threat. UK had 4 turnovers in first half alone and lets hope they bring those butterfingers next week.

Let's wait for Tennessee to start being overly optimistic about Franks as a runner. He almost got knocked out his first run, can't run like that in the SEC.

It'll be interesting to see how Franks looks against a step up in competition next week.

Really impressed with his progress right now.

You mean when the guy hit him illegally and got tossed? Can't blame Franks he did what he should do, got down.

He was waaaay late in getting down and got lucky that the FCS player was slow to make his move.

To Slayer: That's it, man. Franks has played very well against weak competition in the past, however....big however.

He looks like two years better, as in two years of progression happened in one off-season. He's starting to do the right things, but when his feet are to the fire, that's when I worry.

Trask is way more mobile than Franks.

I'm just really impressed with how everything is working organizationally. Calls are in fast, good discipline, good decision making, only 1 false start (although it was a bad one).

Special teams comes in and does their job without any problems.

He is, but obviously there's a bit of a difference playing with the second string vs. first. That kind of downhill run into the touchdown was a lot smoother, even with second string.

Trask runs with a better posture but Franks has a quicker first step. So it's really a toss up on best scrambler. I think Franks can create more off a broken play though...once he learns not to run out of bounds..which he may have lol
