He is 100% finished but they likely retain him long enough to get the buyout to that 20 million area. 10 million is owed in like 90 days I think.

I think at the end of the season but if we totally collapse Napier might agree to leave early I guess with that payout.

I disagree...good HC see mistakes and fix them. He very clear does not do that.
