Last night's game showed me a lot. First of all, we better pray Franks stays healthy cause Trask isn't an answer and Jones is still not ready for the passing game.

OL is a problem and I was hoping for better production. A lot of times Franks had defenders in his face...but they were stopping us from running. Twice Forsythe was called called for holding, one was declined because we had a 15 yder for chop blocking.

It seemed we toned down the pass blitzs some. One of the young players who I think will be force soon was Andrew Chatfield # 90. We managed to get Zach Carter a lot of snaps. Zuniga was Zuniga but Greenard was not able to get a sack. Slaton had a lot of snaps, Brunson ditto.

The brightside of all this is that we play UK next and they have some of their own issues. Expect a close game at Lexvegas...UK will shut down our run game but they lost their entire secondary from last year. We should prevail in a close one. UT is next and they are in shambles. So lets hope our OL improves a lot after two SEC games.

Uf will go as far as the passing game takes them this year.

The ol is not very good and they seem to pass block better than they run block although both are below average.

I looked up stats and Greenard didn't play last night or..if he did very few snaps. UF wont tell us about suspensions or injuries if they don't have to. Moon had a very good night and had a lot of snaps.

It doesn't matter if you have time to throw if your WRs are covered and you have to go your checkdowns…..which some people bitched about last year....wanting him to take the easy completion over the more difficult bombs. So what is it? Some are going to bitch no matter what. If you watched other games around the country you will see plenty of short passes thrown because the run game isn't working.

Speaking of run games, Clement got 1 carry for 41 yds and looked like he got shot out of a cannon. He and Pierce were both brought in as recruits, Pierce played and Clement r/sed, so he is still a frosh. He definitely looked like someone wanting an opportunity to showcase his talents.

Elam, Kimbrough got lots of snaps at DB and Hopper, Bogle, Diabate also got snaps plus Zipperer at TE. It really helps down the road to develop backups now.

Those strange faces on the ref crew are for a reason..the SEC was stretched with a lot of OOC games and the Clemson-A&M game even had a SEC ref crew. So we ended up with a rent a ref. And I think UK game had the first female ref to officiate an entire game.

PFF has #Gators left tackle Stone Forsythe as the fourth-highest rated offensive lineman in the nation from this past week.

He’s allowed only one pressure on 67 pass-protection snaps.

I guess they don't count the two holding calls? One was accepted and another declined because of 15 yd chop block.

Thought he did well against miamuh. Dude is 6'7" 335.
