He has the same terrible coach..so prob not. Usually QBs are taught things like reading the field because during high school it wasn't very hard for most.

There are big differences sometimes. See Franks/Trask situation here. Franks sucked at it while Trask was real good at it. Arkansas did the smartest thing they could with Franks and at least made him serviceable. Simplified things and avoided his weaknesses as much as they could. Mullen was great with QBs that had the "it" factor in college but not that good at getting the most out of the other ones that were limited like Franks and Jones etc.

Yep. He was a very, very good OC. But a terrible recruiter and HC. I think ever Gator fan would instantly take him back as OC, not head coach though.
