I, personally, prefer shushing opposing fans (when we're in the clear to win) instead of shushing our own.

Those cock fans were POS throwing water bottles and crap at us and on the field. Security did awful job...they should have been stationed near end zone with walkie talkies and had ushers/LEOs coming down the aisles and security on the field could have pointed out the culprits. Its a felony to throw deadly missiles and water bottles are just that.
