But you know, this just sucks, and it has sucked for years. And it's a total bummer.

And for lurkers wanting a dose of schadenfreude, do remember that unless you are Bama, LSU, or FSU, we've actually probably beaten you more than vice versa over that time despite having, more often than not, hot garbage for an offense.

Nonetheless, maybe I am overreacting, but I feel like this is another season where we're going to go limping into Atlanta just to get our face kicked in.

I wanted to say something clever as well. I also wanted to give Reel a chance to respond before I broke a foot off in his arse. But I'm just going to assume that he's an idiot for thinking anything has changed for 2017. Unfortunately, we're broke and we're stuck with Mac for awhile.

I mean, it could work out that Michigan has a great defense, that having Scarlett and Callaway made a huge difference, that Nuss actually is calling good stuff that isn't being executed well, that the team gels, and that it all comes together.

But after watching different versions of this same BS since 2011, I'm not holding my breath. We may win 10 games. We may win 7. But if we get back to Atlanta, no one here is going to be expecting anything more than another arse kicking.

Watch Will Grier break a record tonight. I have about 80 bottles of liquor in the house... if he does that, I'm drinking as much of it as I can and lighting a couch on fire.

Grier plays tomorrow. Nuss should be fired on spot. Mac should be canned at the end of the year if this continues.

It's hard to imagine this, but I'm pretty sure the offense has actually gotten worse from 2015 to now.

This line still can't block.

The WR's are the bright spot on the field, but our staff doesn't know how to get them the ball.

The defense played hard, but you can see that UF is much slower this year than they have been in the past - the talent drop off is obvious.

This is going to be a tough year to watch.

Maybe given 24 hours, I can control my rage should he have a stellar performance.

I think the defense is fine, but we saw last year that when they play good teams, it doesn't matter if they are fantastic. They can't play the whole first half AND the whole second half. If the offense can't score at least 21 points and put some drives together than last more than three minutes, it just doesn't matter.

Franks and Zaire ain't ready.

It's crazy to say this, but I feel more confident with Del Rio. Both of them looked bad, and this is the worst game since Georgia Southern.

This ain't a Scarlett and/or Calloway problem, this is an offense problem.

It was just flat-out disgustingly badly called and even worse in its execution. I hope McElwain can get something from this, a light, a spark -- but our defense performed better offensively than our offense.

Very proud of the defense. They played like fricking warriors even when it became obvious the offense didn't show up.

I thought Franks was fine, it was the play calling. You have your best passing QB on the field and you barely throw the ball (only 11 total drop backs, 5-9, with 2 runs), then you bring in a running QB to try to get the passing game going late.

It is just mind-numbingly dense. They threw the ball twice as many times with a much worse passer. Had Franks passed 20 times instead of 10, the game may have been much different, but the coaches were too fricking scared to do it.

My take on Franks, and granted that you really can't see the field on TV like you are when you are there, but it seemed like Nuss was afraid to call anything challenging. Now maybe Franks was going for the easier stuff, but it really did seem like they were protecting him with play calling.

I do think not having Scarlett hurt. We aren't as bad off as receiver as we were when Callaway came in, but I feel like not having Scarlett to set up the run game was an issue.

Franks was good enough to threaten Michigan, we just were too afraid to use him. If that was the case, he shouldn't have played.

These coaches just don't have a cohesive strategy to win. Whatever plan they had, I can't even tell, but it was definitely a bad plan.
