Looking forward to seeing my Ags play in one of the iconic venues in college football. Been a crazy ride the past few years years since y'all welcomed us into this conference with an L.
Here's to a good game with no injuries to either side. No idea what to expect from A&M. Sumlin is coaching for his job at this point, so we could put up a damn good fight if the Aggies of the 1st half vs. UCLA or the 2nd half vs. Bama show up. We're young on offense though, and quite mistake prone, so having y'all as our first conference road test will probably uncover some flaws.
Idk much about y'all this year outside off what I saw in the Michigan game (Wolverines are my other favorite team--my mom's a Wolverine, my dad's an Aggie), but i know y'all didn't have all your horses in that one.
Looking forward to next weekend!

I hope we at least show up to make it a game, honestly.
I'll be watching every A&M Home game, that's for sure. (I fell in love with the atmosphere.)
We're pretty banged up and humbled, I guess it all depends on what our coaches do, in which Sumlin will win by 28.

Aggies hung tough vs Bama. This will be a tough game for us.
I see an Ags win this time

Does LSU interrupt Saw Varsities horns off like they did our We are the boys? If so...we should team up to saw off their nuts

Will be interesting to see how y'all respond to the lsu game. Ags too. In so many ways, this game will define the second half of the season for both schools.
I have no idea what will happen

Honestly, I'd love to see a game where we come in and are motivated, have a good gameplan and are prepared to play. Even if we lose a close game, this isn't a bad game for us to lose. I hope we win, and I have this sneaky feeling that A&M plays a lot better at home (who wouldn't? That stadium/atmosphere is amazing) than on the road.
We have to retool our offense, though.

Hope you and yours are doin' well.

Depends on if we shot our wad vs. Bama or if we just played above our heads. We struggled with the likes of SC and Arky, too.

Oddly enough, the opposite is true under Sumlin (and that bothers us Ags greatly since that stadium atmosphere is so important to us). For some reason, Sumlin's biggest wins have come on the road, as well as our best efforts. I have no idea why. We usually lose our marquee conference home games since we've been in the SEC. Think our biggest home win to date was maybe Miss St. early in the season a couple years ago.
Idk, it's weird.

Likewise! Man I'm so happy these days I could bust. Fatherhood is 1000x better than o ever thought it would be, and Aggiebelle is an incredible mom. If I'm not the luckiest fricker on the planet, I ain't far down the leaderboard

I think they try to but are usually dragged into it. Aggies are conditioned to just kinda grab their neighbor and saw em off no matter what color they're wearing (unless it's fricking texas garb).

That's strange for sure, I said in another thread that I kind of fell in love with A&M after finally watching a home game where we weren't against you guys.
This game is gonna be bizarre, that much I know.

Congratulations, man! I'm really happy for you. Being a parent is tough, and while I'm usually opposed to more children (

It's an infectious kind of crazy. Gets in your blood if you're not careful
And, man, we're trying on the parenting front. Scary how much of it is flying by the seat of your pants, but the little guy's smile makes it all worth it.
