That's just part of it -- we're even incorporating a lot of military ideology in our program.

Mullen has really impressed me with trying to change the optics of the team and get our guys prepared.

Oh, and they will absolutely be ready come September.

Pretty cool right!

It wasn't just that -- it was like a party. They would live stream on IG and joke around, heard that they were allowed to eat in the facilities and it wasn't really a team type of deal. Needless to say, watching our relatively young coaching staff come in with tons of motivation and less BBQ sauce has been fun.

I was a DB coach in Melbourne for two years because I had the time. I took over the training program and the changes were quick. I got there the QB is doing the same freaking work out as DT's...wtf.

Organized each group their own workouts. Set up charts for each kid on how much and what to eat..

Magically..we stopped looking sluggish as hell. I miss coaching. So much fun. I was getting close to being able to call plays but had to move. Would have been very fun ;/

You cant help but like the message sent. To win...you gotta out Bama and out UGA and out LSU, USC and others cause they are working their butts off to beat you.

I am not going to go crazy and predict 11-1 like I have for quite a few seasons...after 2017 it hit me hard seeing the team getting out hustled at times. We have the talent NOW on the roster to win...if it can be molded from a PT boat into a battleship. We will soon find out.

S&C alone will make the team much better. We don't have the talent to beat the Bama's yet. Will take a year or two to get talent closer. But we have enough talent to win 9-10 games next year. Not like the rest of the SEC East besides Georgia is over loaded. FSU is rebuilding too. LSU is a clusterfrick. Miss State will be tough.

We wanted far better coaching, to mold the talent we have. Well S&C is where it starts. Hard programs and a fierce competitive atmosphere will weed out the weak and forge a brotherhood that leads to winning. Glad to see Dan is a hands on guy. That will make a mountain of difference when the team’s down in the fourth quarter and the coach tells them to dig deep.

Franks is way undersized and under developed physically and maybe its not in his system to really condition himself from being skinny to being bulked up...if that's the case the writing is on the wall.

Yeah but he feels like one of those guys who might be better off playing basketball. I don't think he'd survive in a Mullen offense being that...uncoordinated.
