Feleipe Franks vs. Tennessee.

Mullen has adjusted the game, Franks is taking the checkdowns. He may just have a sucessful year if he continues.

It's around the second Quarter, and this is what I start to dislike about Franks: He just tried to hurdle over a defensive player with no real need to hurdle over him.
Our defense has held the opposing offense to three points, turned it over 4 turnovers and a safety and our offense still settles for 3 points (twice) and a three and out. We have got to start scoring touchdowns regularly.

Offense is definitely a work in progress. You can see how tentative they are.
But at least they aren't committing lots of penalties or turning the ball over a lot.
That was a solid drive to end the half. Rested the defense, put points on the board. I'll take it.
UF scores one more time and the game is probably over. I never thought this was going to be a blow out so I'll take it.
You can see though that without UT imploding, this game would be way way closer. UF does struggle to put drives together.
ALSO PLEASE GIVE TONEY THE frickING BALL MORE.

Exactly. Our offense has been in scoring position, short field so many times and just...kicked field goals.
There's way too much inconsistency, and it bothers me because it hearkens back to McElwain's "throw it first down, run it second, throw it third" model that's way too easy to predict.
I want the jet-sweeps, reverses, screens, all the time wasting plays. No more throws downfield. No more intermediate/deep passes. It just makes no sense.
