I got it. He’s potentially better in closed door practices without live defenses hitting him and with no fans watching him, theoretically

Nope, still not there.

I guess: He's a better passer at practice/scrimmages but we can't know if it'll translate to the real game?

When Trask does get to play in garbage time he mostly hands the ball off . If he was such a good passer why not let him pass the ball ?

I will defend Trask on that. When he comes in late in games that are not in doubt...Mullen doesn't want to embarrass a team and keep throwing and just needs clock running.

Yeah, man, that's super uncouth. There's no way a team winning by that much starts tossing the ball all over the place. He let him pass once on third and long (likely to gauge) but you definitely don't take deep shots or even complicated plays.

That puts him snugly at 56%? Excluding FCS game.

This is a stat of other players doing work.

Yeah, notice how Franks isn't even on the list. That's confirming what I've been saying all season -- that pressure is not the issue with his lack of passing prowess.

The number is descending, meaning these are the Quarterbacks who are MOST pressured.

This is not helping your case.

Funny how you immediately run away from the fact that the wrs are dropping balls at a high rate. Drops kill drives, alter playcalling and change the dynamic of an entire game.

Also a stat of the QB putting the ball in the WRs hands in stride / when he is in position to make a play. I thought that was the QBs job?

IF you READ, it says QBs hit or sacked, doesnt show % of being forced from the pocket / throwing the ball away to avoid a hit.

Like I said, that post was JUST for you, a big ol nice shiny hook for Straws and you didnt disappoint.

8.40% still means that out of 100 balls he's still missing nearly 50% of them. That kills drives more than a few drops (another poster mentioned that it's below three a game).

When he's only doing it 8 and 9 times a game, it's not really him doing his job.

Jake Fromm threw 12 passes vs. Middle Tennessee and had 10 completions. He threw 18 vs. South Carolina and had 16.

It's about making positive plays, and occasionally hitting your WRs two times a fricking Quarter is not it. Literally that means Franks is completing two passes a quarter the last two games.

He's being hit far less and completing far less of his passes, seems compelling. /s

Don't worry, I won't be responding in the future if this is your go to plan every time I spike one of your bad arguments into the dirt.

Franks Completion % is 52.6 for the season. Which is over 50 percent already not counting the 8.4% of passes dropped.

Let's stick with FBS teams and not padding stats to make up for his less than stellar play the last three games.

You said everyone on the team is doing their part except for Franks

Our OL is ranked 7th in the SEC,
Our WRs have the highest drop ratio,
Our DL was nonexistant vs a good team,
Our LBs over pursued gaps until last week and our DBs are giving up deep passes and dropping coverage on open WRs.

Yep, all Franks fault we lost to KY

Gtfooh with that bs
