This is last weeks newspaper....its just a fluff article written when nothing is going on substanial in Gator football. Its the dead period and bowl game is still 5 days away.
Speaking of bowls...way way too many imo. Nebraska played yesterday with a freaking 5-7 record. I remember all too well Spurriers soph (his first season since frosh didnt play) and we were 7-3 and shutout of a bowl...much tougher then to earn a berth. After a while we will grow numb at all the bowls and ESPN will kill the goose that lays a lot of golden eggs. Too many accountants at ESPN and not enough people with common football sense.
