If a full court press is what it takes to get top recruits at positions of need then that's what they should do. I hope they aren't just sending Summers to see the big OL though.

I have bad news for you
But I'm not worried. He has a visit scheduled for UF on December 9th. That visit is when he will get a full court press from the entire staff and the entire team I'm sure. I hope we get both of these guys, but realistically I think Leatherwood is more likely than Wade. Getting either of them would be a hell of a recruiting win for us.

Another bit of good news, 5 star JUCO DE Isaiah Buggs named Florida a finalist. He's kind of all over the place in his recruitment, and was considered an LSU lean but now I read he's wide open to all schools. He's 6'5 290 lb
I don't know if we land him, but we have a chance and it might be a name worth keeping an eye on.
Also, 4 star Texas linebacker Anthony Hines is announcing between Florida, penn state, and Texas A&M on Friday. He's visited all three schools. Probably Texas A&M, but I wouldn't count us out. He's an early enrollee.

Losing a DT to Penn St fricking sucked, hopefully we can improve in the trenches on both sides.
I mean damn, a program left for dead a few yrs ago is taking our guys.
I like Mac but damn he needs to get this recruiting thing under control and find a QB who can play the position.

Yes...the sky isnt falling and we might all be surprised by the end results...color me not worried. Leatherwood is the one I'd like us to land.

Good news we impressed some recruits in the bama game.

I am willing to bet we have players sit out of the bowl game and I am calling it now if we lose that game we will finish like a dud in recruiting this year.

Again I will repeat that won loss records arent the primary concern for a lot of recruits.
Playing time is huge, facilities are big, education is also very important. The relationships with coaching staffs are also very important.

We have been on quite a few top recruits and have also gotten them on campus or will have them on campus. I see more cases now than last year where we are in top two or three choices for recruits. Are we getting a lot of commitments from elite athletes? No...but will we? One way to find out and that is coming soon. Recruiting is important and can give us momentum for next year.
I hark back to when UGA finished 6-7 about seven years ago I believe and had lost to UCF in their third tier bowl game. What happen? Richt brought in his best recruiting class.

Just saw a tweet, UF has 6 yes 6 guys who focus on recruiting. Bama has 17. UF has to step it up or the HC wont fkn matter
