FYI, he doesn't have a ban at all for anything other than being a HC. He might be a short term rental, but you guys could do a lot worse... and that's the minimum... he might also be tainted enough that schools are afraid to take a shot on him as a HC so you get a long term quality OC out of the deal... Just have to make sure no work issued cell phone and very careful about how you let him handle recruiting.

Getting out of state 5* players and 5* players from Miami are 2 totally different stories.
Clemson one day may be lucky enough to get a 5* out of Miami but it would go down as one of the biggest recruiting upsets in recruiting history.
Clemson is a much better program than us historically so we shouldn’t be surprised through their recruiting success.

I can't tell if you seriously believe that or if you're sarcastically digging at your fanbase. I'd be shocked if we were squeaky clean, but nothing leads me to believe we're going full Auburn/Ole Miss either. Kirby learned how to find the gray area from the master.

Bro, they are all cheating. I don't care if you're at Western Montana Seminary School that is DIII. They all friggin cheat. Some are more blatant about it and some head coaches don't know that about or just turn their head, but they all cheat. They all have a "bagman"
