This may sound crazy but Bobo as HC here would be solid...he knows the sec and has had successful offenses in the sec...him as a HC at Colorado State is a blemish due to sec offense v Pac12 offenses.

SEC offenses are grind it out games...mwc are like pac12 where it's all about scoring points.

If it comes to the point of Boom gas to go before we get Gunner, I say let Boom go and let's rock with Bobo, he had more connections and is the better recruiter, just look at the history.

Yea I disagree with this now
Last 2 SEC Champs
LSU- 48.4 (1st)
Bama- 45.6 (3rd)

The conference has changed as has all football. You need to put up points as well

Maybe Bobo has changed his offense, but we aren’t going to win much scoring less than 35 a game

That's fine but you also have to look at the teams?.?We have always been defensive and grind it out oriented...and if Bobo could get a pro style offense set here we could start funnelling guys to the NFL and that helps us

So were Bama and LSU.

Those two teams have drastically changed their offense and have sent even more offensive players to the draft. Yea they’ve always been pro factories but I’d bet they sent much more on the defensive side.
Now you got LSU and Bama running spread no huddles with dynamic QBs passing for over 4K yards

I'd like to think that the university could do better than Bobo once Boom is let go.

But I thought the same thing before Boom was hired.

That seems like a Tanner move.(Hire Bobo after Boom gets tired)
Let’s hope we get a new AD

How has that worked out for UGA under Kirby? 1-2 in the SECCG riding the coattails of a great defense and Chubb/Michel.

We'll be a more pro-style offense for the near future because of personnel, because it can defeat the up-tempo/spread/west coast offenses if executed properly, and because that's what Bobo ran at UGA.

Hard to say what the rest of the league will look like. Alabama and LSU will probably go back to more pro-style because of personnel changes while Kiffin, Leach, Monken, and Mullen air it out more.
