There is absolutely no reason to think he can't keep this recruiting class. Gameday coaching is a whole different game. Though Boom has done a whole bunch of positive for the program he shite the bed against florida. How the fans totally understood that we needed to keep the gas pedel down but Muschamp thought otherwise is very concerning.

I'll be 100% honest here.

During the game, in the 2nd half up 17, I thought we needed to go ball control.

But I'll also say this. There's two sides to this equation. Strategy and execution. I don't think the strategy was wrong per se. In theory, it's a good call. If you can extend the game by keeping the ball out of harms way, then that's a good strategy to win. FWIW, UF's passing defense (72nd) is more of a strength than it's rushing defense (21st). So again, the coaches were playing the numbers and percentages.

The problem was, our players failed to execute. On the last 3 drives, we didn't make enough 1st downs or take enough time off the clock.

And to make matters worse, this is two games in a row where the short ground game has failed. People seem to have forgotten because we won the game, but with 3 mins and change to go vs Ole Miss, our ground game couldn't make a first down to run out the clock.

I just want to take this moment to remind you that the Monstars blew a 66-18 halftime lead against Michael Jordan and the Tune Squad. #Neverstopscoring
