Don't like this Hilinski elbow thing

There's a lot of things we as fans don't like.
But Muschamp is tight-lipped, even deceptive about injuries. I don't feel like doing some research and putting together a position paper on this, but if you've been following during his time here you know what I'm talking about.
So he and the staff see Hilinski during practice all week. They see him making uncharacteristically bad throws at the start of the game.
But they pretty much leave him in the whole way.
Additionally they don't actually seem to KNOW what the issue is, or when it occured. They say it wasn't an injury that happened during the Alabama game, but he was fine throwing in that one. But I also don't think arm strain from "overthrowing" in football is actually a thing.
Now this comes from:
Latest on Hilinski's elbow, what Muschamp saw from the freshman QB
One snippet:
"How the soreness happened is still up in the air and Muschamp said he didn't injure it last week against Alabama. Hilinski threw 57 times."
Me, the way I think, is if I knew my qb had an injury that made him an ineffective passer, I'd take a long look at Joyner. Heck I'd stick Glick and Urich in to see what I have there.
Muschamp is trying to win a game. Depending on what the Hilinski thing is, he might lose a season, in addition to that game.
Plus as fans we are sunshine pumpers to some extent or other. And this kid is probably the most likely qb we've ever had as far as becoming a top pro qb prospect.
He has a future beyond Gamecock football I think, assuming that isn't messed up by coaching.
And in his shoes I would not trust Muschamp further than I could throw him to make any medical or common-sense judgements.
Incidentally someone in the game thread speculated that he had a cortisone shot at half-time, and that was why he was more effective throwing in the second half. That is sure what it looked like to me.
That kind of thing happens in the pros all the time. They have big money in those guys and need them to play. But we don't know, at least it hasn't been reported, exactly what this issue is.
We'll see. But I'm getting tired of this BS.

I fully anticipate finding out this week that RH3 won't play vs UK.
