He's talking a lot about schematics and matrixes and leadership.

Says Marquis Lewis on defense and Mason Sandy on offense has stepped up as leaders.

Says the schematics and terminology on offense are going tone similar.

Says the NCAA allows the coaches to meet with the players right now.

Talking a lot about toughness and competitiveness and how he jumped a player who gave up on a drill this morning ... man I loved hearing that.

Talked about Junior Day and sharing a vision and how well it is going.

Said he is willing to take transfers if their integrity and character check out ... he's willing to give a kid a second chance. I think he was referring to the RB coming-in this May.

He's asking the players to understand how to dig outta the 3-9 hole ... I really liked what he said about that. It's definitely worth listening to - he said a lot.

He said this team has good character, good kids ... a lot of them he recruited.

He said we're not losing any players to Michigan .... he's not worried about them coming down here. He said it's actually good for the game. And he said when the SEC loosens the rules on us we're going to do the same thing IF the SEC ruling comes down in our favor.

He said the off season program is going well .... increasing g their speed, endurance, strength, etc.
