Seems to be a topic of discussion all over.

So what do ya'll think?

I really don't care/ actually prefer it if it helps us.

This isn't soccer or the NBA. There's no flagrant/fine/card for flopping in college football as far as I know.

If pushing Bentley to the ground after the whistle gets us an extra 15 yards, I'm for it.

I'm not a fan of it. I'd rather see toughness and more of an aggressive attitude. Show no fear back down from none. Not crumble if the defender breezes by you.

agreed. During playing.

After the whistle.... gain whatever competitive edge you can.

I have to disagree here already.

Are we really?

I mean lets be real, who's laughing at us? Clemson fans?
Isn't that usually what happens? Rivals laugh at eachother.

Outside of that. Yea no one really give a shite.

One thing about it is that refs watch film and replays on the big screen during games. If it becomes the norm that he flops and gets one over on the refs, they will stop calling it for him unless he really gets pushed or hit. The one from the other night was pretty weak.

Agreed completely.

That said, is there any penalty for flopping in football?

Have zero issue with him trying to draw the flag and keep a drive alive, I mean shite we needed it that game for sure. It was poorly executed and didn't draw a flag because he actually got tagged in the mizzou game and flopped and you could see the ref shaking his head that he wasn't getting the flag. The uk game was a weaker instance and still no flag so it may become a "known" thing for opposing coaches to have the referee keep an eye on.
