IF we stay healthy, we can make a deep post season run. We'll find out how good we are in the next 3 SEC series. We have 3 ranked SEC opponents coming up.

Coach Holbrook says Pankake is in good shape to rejoin team this Friday for the opener vs Ole Miss. Max Schrock was said to feel more soreness today than he did yesterday, and CCH put him at "50-50" for returning this weekend.
But we still have tomorrow and Thursday for him to get treatment on his rolled ankle: don't know how much prep time before a game players need before they are cleared to play. Maybe Max could make it back for the Sat. and/or Sunday games. We could get by without him I guess, but his stand-in Jordan Gore is now batting .077, and just may not be ready for college baseball - even if he does hail from Conway, SC.
Also saw where Evan Beal may also be ready to go this weekend. So we are getting healthier!

Yeah long as Pankake is good to go Gore won't see the field this weekend. They'll just move DC to 2nd, I'm excited for SEC play to begin.

Bottom of the 1st, Max Shrock signals his return to baseball by hitting a solo Home Run to tie the score 1-1!! Pankake then follows with a 0-out single....
Also tomorrow will be a double-header with rain all day the forecast for Sunday. Games will be at 3pm for Gm #2, then 45 minutes after it's conclusion for start of Gm #3. Bring your tickets for both games with you tomorrow...
