This coming weekend is another huge Recruiting Weekend. We may come out of it with 3-4 4* recruits by July 31.

South Carolina, North Carolina, Clemson, and LSU are his top 4. He made a statement about his announcement and described the school he feels good about is "down there".

Wiltfong CBd Babalade to South Carolina earlier today. We have a very good chance of going 4/4.
The one I had previously been relatively confident about, Markee Anderson, is now the one I'm most nervous about. Apparently he's struggling with deciding between us and UNC. His best friend and teammate is committed to UNC.
Taylor and Rhames should definitely be ours.
ETA: Babalade announced he is pushing back his announcement date to a yet to be determined date. Seems Locksley is up to Locksley things at Maryland and has convinced Babalade to unofficial at Maryland Saturday. Wiltfong has not changed his CB, however. Yet, anyway. Just don't feel like getting "Barhammed" by Locksley and Maryland again.
ETA2: So it had seemed that Babalade was going to Maryland tomorrow and their coaches were also under that impression but he pulled a form of reverse Barham and came here instead without telling Maryland he was not going to go there tomorrow. He has yet to announce the new commitment date, however.

I'd say Robinson is on flip alert to UF. He went there 2 times within the past week. Told our staff that he couldn't come to the cookout Friday bc he had a funeral to attend but he turned around and went to UF's "Friday Night Lights" cookout Friday instead.
ETA: He had already dropped by UF on Tuesday prior to the Friday Night Lights cookout they had.
ETA2: I guess an eye should be kept on Carmelo Taylor as well. It was confirmed he was at VT this weekend which is why he delayed his commitment bc of uncertainty now. We had been a clear leader for him.

I as a gamecock fan when it's close to the vest like this I tend to err to the negative, as is our luck. However very happy to say I was wrong on Anderson, and happy to have him in the boat, now hope he can flip dj geth.

First heard he had decommited, then that we told him to look around (per TBS staff) and now the kid told Phil Kornblutt that it's simply a case of him wanting to have an actual ceremony after the 2nd or 3rd pep rally of the yr at his high school and that he has told our coaching staff and they are fine with it. Bizarre situation.

Zavion Hardy tweeted last night that he has received an official offer from us. First time he's tweeted anything at all CFB related in quite a while. Perhaps whatever has been delaying things has been resolved. Talented kid for sure.

I was one of those skeptical of the hire, but he’s growing on me quickly. If we can show considerable improvement and be competitive even in defeat, I think the next class could really be the catalyst he needs.
