First off, I love his effort and fire. I love his game for the most part.
HOWEVER, his glaring weakness is putting it up no matter what when he drives. The dude is a great straight line driver but I encourage you to watch every time when he drives how much attention he somehow draws and look at how many spot up shooters are open(Mark Smith specifically).
Does Cuonzo not encourage the kick outs? How is this continuing?

he needs to shoot more 3's and drive less. 39% shooter who takes less than 2 a game

Pickett would be a great 6th or 7th guy coming off the bench. He's ok but I sure as shite hope we aren't relying on him. He's not THAT good.
