Two huge games coming up THIS weekend:

Florida v. Georgia - This has the feeling of those great matchups from the early 2000s when this game decided the winner of the East. If Florida wins, though, Kentucky may be in the driver's seat. If UGA wins, they put themselves squarely back in the mix for the SEC title and CFP. But watch out, UGA! Kentucky is lurking right behind them, and that defense is for real. I don't have a good feel for this one. I think UGA will be fired up after the way the game went in BR and having had a whole extra week to think about it. But, UF plays serious D, and it looks like Mullen and Franks have figured out how to co-exist.

A&M at MSU - This will be a slobberknocker in Starkville. A&M doesn't quite have that offense humming yet, and they are going against a buzzsaw of a defense (No. 1 in the nation in scoring defense). However, A&M has a defense of their own. What Elko has done this year has been incredible. It's what A&M fans were hoping Chavis was going to do. And, it's in Starkville so the cowbells will be humming. I think this will be a 13-9 kind of contest (not sure who ends up on top). I would pick A&M but I'm not sold on their offensive line. They will need Trayveon to win this game for them, but I'm not sure he will be able to do it against these guys. If A&M wins, watch for Aggie fans to be huge LSU fans the following week to set themselves up for a huge showdown at the end of the year.

You might have the results right, but I don't see either of these games being that high scoring. UGA and UF have the 12th and 14th ranked scoring defenses in the country. Miss. State is No. 1 and, while Texas A&M isn't bad at 32, that's skewed by the 45 given up at Bama.

I'm thinking these will both be one score games, with UGA v UF something like 21-17 and MSU v A&M even lower than that, say 13-10, maybe 17-13.
