playoff committee is giving LSU so much love because they want a 12 team playoff

If LSU wins out they will put LSU in the playoff over 1 loss teams so that more people will accept a 12 team playoff. It's science.

Stupid take.
LSU isn't beating Georgia in the SEC Championship game (sorry but accept it), but if they did.. you have to put the SEC champ in, one loss Georgia in, and TN would be the odd man out.
If that were to happen, it would be great. I was at the TN LSU game and all the TN retards were doing was walking around pre-game saying BK killed a guy. So fricking stupid.

I don't think the playoffs will take a 2 loss team unless there are a lot of 2 loss teams by the end *but* LSU is better than a few non-conference teams that can grab a slot by virtue of playing shite competition. That's the nature of college football. There's a metric ton of unfairness built in because there's no uniformity in schedules and competition.

OSU had 3 wins over teams that finished in the top 10 and lost to Pedo St on the road because of a blocked FG attempt.

Pretty sure they are on the committee to get the best viewership for playoff. That doesn't play well for teams limping or coasting into the playoffs.

Not sure why people keep debating whether or not there should be a 12 team playoff. If you read direct quotes from cfp board it’s happening. Like it or not it’s happening. Most likely by 2024 they’d do it sooner if they could cause it’s about money. Gotta replace some of these meaningless bowl games with something that’ll create revenue. Not saying I like it but it’s pointless to bitch about it.
