Why are a&m coaches so whiny and soft?

Bimbo backs out of a bowl game from fear of losing thus maybe hurting recruiting. Then he whines a few months later because he got his feelings hurt that people were accurately saying a&m bought the top ranked recruiting class. Buss Williams actually cried at a press conference he called because aggie was left out of the NCAA BB tournament. Then baseball coach Schlossnagle backs out of a game against Incarnate Word for fear of dropping their RPI. Now Bimbo calls another press conference and throws a whiny tantrum because Saban tells the truth and hurts his feelings again. What's with these a&m coaches? I guess it's the culture.
