Why is Bama penciling in Atlanta?

They are third in the West until they can beat LSU or Auburn. I know they are playing good football but they still haven't beaten the two best teams in their own division. Let's save the talk about SEC championship game till after LSU pounds Bama. LSU has the lines up front to dominate Alabama unlike UGA.

I personally don't think that Auburn is even better than Ole Miss. Bama is going to beat Auburn this year. I'll put money on it.

We are 4-1 with no offense and with a close loss to LSU. We keep fighting and I am not going to give up on the boys yet. We should beat Vandy and Arkansas and be sitting at 6-1 before out game at West Virginia.

now why would an ole miss fan think that auburn is not as good as ole miss?

I wouldn't put money on it. You can take every rational thought you have ever had about why a football team should win and throw it out the window for this game. I will never forget going to Auburn to play for the first time and Alabama was ranked number 2 in the country and Auburn handed us our arse. On paper they should have just forfeited the game and they kicked our arse on the field.
I do think we should beat Auburn this year but I wouldn't count on it EVER!!

Everyone knows Bama is playing better than Auburn on offense. If Auburn had a functioning offense think of how good we would be. I am glad we play Bama at the end of the year so we can work out the kinks.

i totally agree, they haven't beat LSU in 6 years, auburn in 7, and miss state in 2 . once they beat teams that are better than them in their division (other than miss state obviously), then they may win the west.

I would have told you this after our 6 turnover loss to Vandy. We have a good team. I think Auburn was overrated from the get-go. If you wanna place a wager on either one of those games, I'm down. I'm not afraid to eat crow.

Not sure why everyone is talking about championships in September. The season will play out and the best team will have to earn it.
