CFP rankings are much more fluid than polls. Every week they rank the teams without regard to the previous week’s ranking. It is all about what the teams have done to date. They have no problem shuffling teams around as teams get quality wins.

OU’s schedule is backloaded. If we win out we will have more quality wins than some of those we are behind right now.

I am not sure I want OU in the playoffs but based on the way the committee does their rankings, I have no doubt that we will be in if we win out.
