Yeah, I find it strange that vehicular homicide and dui causing death have to be two different charges. Vh should cover reckless operation and dui causing death.
I don’t understand why you can’t be charged with vh unless you already have 3 strikes on your record. That what was posted earlier and cannot be right. Makes zero sense
