Well, he’s gonna go to prison. And have to live with himself. Look luck with both. How terrible.

lsufball19 already commented on Nevada law*, but for comparison former Cowboys CB Dewayne Goodrich served eight years before parole.
In 2003 in Dallas, he struck and killed (hit-and-run) two Good Samaritans who were trying to rescue someone from a burning car.
*ETA: DUI resulting in death is a Class B felony punishable from 2-20 yrs in prison under Nevada law.
