We watched Kirby go out day one and hire a hardworking staff that recruited all the time. Facilities were improved drastically, support staff were hired, and then he continued to send everyone out year after year. He learned from the master. Nobody thinks Kirby is the greatest game day coach, but he has learned very quickly how to build a program. Hopefully it will pay off with a Natty at some point. If it does the program will get even stronger. Mullen just seems lazy and hires his friends who seem kind of lazy too. I don’t post much but just my .02.
