Well then the players should be scrutinized as well. They welcome genuinely awful people into the lockerrooms with open arms as long as they are good at football

The simple fact of the matter is that, no matter how good a coach you are, the players are the stars - and stars get preferential treatment. Doesn't matter if you're black, white, whatever... if you're rich and/or famous, the rules don't apply the same way to you.

I also imagine that there's likely a "no snitching" unspoken rule, considering how many of them do dumb and heinous shite.
