This. Coaches/Leaders are held to a higher standard. Gruden's credibility is now shot with 75% of the players he has to lead and demand respect from. That is impossible when they know how he feels about them.

Well then the players should be scrutinized as well. They welcome genuinely awful people into the lockerrooms with open arms as long as they are good at football
