Definitely makes the loss hurt worse. And I’d actually come to terms with the outcome like minutes after the game too.

It would have been a short stay at the top I fear. This schedule is just too unforgiving, even if Bama has a major drop off this year.

Another way to look at it is unless ole miss wins out (highly unlikely with that defense) we still control our own destiny.
