American Airlines has a flow agreement with all of their regional affiliates that doesn’t require a degree. Flow is 100% based on date of hire. United has never required a degree, although a degree is weighted. Frontier, Spirit, Sun Country, Allegiant, etc. all hire without degrees. All of them.

All out of desperation due to the shortage of pilots. Prior to 9-11 about 80-90 % were military pilots. They all had degrees. The Regionals will take anything at this point, which is why I am very selective on who I fly commercially with today.
