re: There's no old neighborhoods in College Station. It's all one big housing development

My sister lives in CS. It’s definitely got a giant suburbia feel to it. They have nice houses and all, but the layouts are all the same when you go from one neighborhood to the next. It’s a VERY boring place to spend an extensive amount of time.
