I'm impressed that our true fish qb and back up qb have the stat that they do for passing yards per game

Even with the abyssmal Colorado performance.

Game 1: 292 yards (all King)
Game 2: 191 yards (King had 8)
Game 3: 275 yards (all Calzada)

That comes out to an average of 253 yards per game.

Our rushing yards allowed have plummeted.

Game 1: 45 carries for 226 (5.02 ypc)
Game 2: 38 carries for 171 (4.5 ypc)
Game 3: 36 carries for 89 yards (2.47 ypc)

Take out the Kent State game and our rush defense ranking jumps 26 places. Use only the NM game and it jumps to 26th. Unfortunately, Kent State still happened.

I was being facetious.

Game 1: we start a guy that's never started before.

Game 2: essentially the same scenario minus 2 "drives"

Game 3: we finally have someone with more than 1 career start.

Our passing statistics could have been better if it weren't for that fiasco
