There used to be, but like some other posters said it's a thing of the past now. Didn't make it up this year, but I went back in 2009 and most folks either
A) Didn't know there was a football game
B) were going to the game for fun, but had no idea who the opponant was
Or
C) one conversation with a decked out CU jersey wearing fan who was excited for the game but thought they were playing Texas, and was genuinely surprised to learn that it was A&M and that there were 4 schools from Texas in the Big 12. Nit just UT. Not a trash-talk "I've never heard of your school" kinda way. He literally didn't know what schools were in the Big 12, as a self-professed major CU football fan. Nice guy though.
Overall just not an engaged fan base at all anymore. Boulder is fun though.
