The Big Ten thinking they need the PAC 12 and the ACC to compete with the SEC is very telling.
Can see why the ACC and PAC 12 would do this but would've expected the Big Ten to be able to compete with the SEC on its own

Right, this makes me wonder if the Big 10 knows something we dont...yet

Ikr, in the last round of expansion the B1G added those football powerhouses of Maryland and Rutgers. More surprisingly, ESPN and Fox gave the conference more money for such stellar additions
