re: Bobby Bowden started head coaching in 1959. From 1959-2020 where does he rank all time.

I got to chime in in support of Urban. Helluva football Coach. You cannot argue with his success in spite of being a Gator. 
Everywhere he went he won. He is a turd, just like Spur Dog, but great Coach none the less. One Coach I have not seen tossed up was Lou Holtz, consummate journeyman and builder of programs. He was a tough out at Notre Dame and Arkansas. Wonder where some of the SEC Homers place ole Lou??

Game was different back then. A lot harder to win with so many good teams.
