Given their enrollment you would expect it to be much higher.
Which leads a person to one of two conclusions.
A: A lot of people graduate from there and can't wait to avoid supporting their school.
B: There might be some financial hanky panky going on.

There are a lot of international women there. Like a metric frick ton of them. They have probably the best Hospitality & Tourism Management program in the world and a lot of their students come from around the world for that program, get their degrees and leave the country. They have no desire to send funds back to their alma mater when they may never step foot in the US again, much less on campus.
