Again - while I would caution making assumptions - I, myself, am making said assumption.

You added hard work and talent in there...if we can't recruit kids with talent and a willingness to work hard, it doesn't matter how much they know about the game of football or how well they are coached - they won't be able to execute.
Of course there is some correlation between hard mental (knowing/studying the game and your role) and hard physical (kicking your own arse on the field and in the weight room) work.
