Texas grads typically don't live next to the salvation army & homeless shelter...but yeah Tarrytown, Westlake, Lake Austin, & Lake Travis are real shitholes.

Nice pic's of the frat and sorority housing in Austin.
However they do look worse in real life. Many of those tents leak.
