B12 gonna stick around.

Add Houston, Rice, and SMU right off the bat. Those three would love to play the old SWC games without burnt orange problem child around. Big step up in conferences. Now you're at eleven.

AAC is awful. No one cares about most of the games.

BYU. Independence not working out.

Boise State. Step up.

Cincy and Louisville.

USF and UCF. Step up.

B12 can get to 16 fairly easily.

The b12 eight aren't going to the AAC

You are right, B12 teams would be idiotic to leave for the AAC. Cherry pick the teams you want to bring in to the B12.

But some of your other points make zero sense. Rice and SMU? What are you smoking? And the only way Louisville leaves the ACC is if it totally collapses.

Remaining B12 would be smart to add some combination of:

BYU (most important if they want to actually make some money)
Boise St
Colorado St
Cincinnati
Memphis
Houston
UCF
USF
