Everyone already watches SEC football in those locations, half of Houston went to LSU/are LSU fans, many in Dallas too. Not to mention, regardless of the team playing, the entire south is the "Population Pod" as for as game day exposure goes.
If OU and UTw comes its purely for some extra money and to ensure real SEC teams have double chances at playoffs.
