Only speaking for myself, I would 100% watch a lot more SEC games if this happened. I watch some games now, but honestly not that much. I watched more in 2012 & 2013 because of Johnny.. not because of the SEC. Same reason that I used to watch a lot of Louisville games.. to watch Lamar.

All that being said, the footprint mattered in the last round, but it may not be as big of a factor this time around. As I said earlier, if this happens, it will absolutely mean more money to the existing 14 teams.
